Coldwell Banker - Premier Properties (Joan Timmerman, auctioneer) will pay a referral fee in the amount of two (2%) of the final high bid price received to any actively licensed real estate broker whose registered client is the winning bidder. The buyer must close on the transaction and take title to the property.

The broker participation registration of the client must be made by transmitting the Participating Broker Program form to Coldwell Banker - Premier Properties (attn: Joan Timmerman) either by fax, email, or hand delivery prior to the starting date and time of the auction AND before the bidder registers for the auction through the on-line registration at Proxibid.com.

A referral fee will not be paid on any client who has contacted us directly or received mail from our direct mailing listprior to our receiving a registration form. No fee will be paid until Coldwell Banker – Premier Properties has received the commission that is due it on the transaction. Agents acting as principals or on behalf of family members, other licensed real estate agents, or who represent prospects that have had prior contact with seller or the auction company are not eligible. No fees will be paid to any broker or salesperson that purchases property for their own account directly or indirectly. Only one registered bidder per agent per auction or total property being sold that day or event no matter how divided, will be accepted. There will be NO exceptions to these terms.

It will be the responsibility of the referring agent to acquire the appropriate executions to signify that Colwell Banker – Premier Properties and the referring agent are representing the Seller only.
